Happy 2014

As you start this brand new year I think I should take time to remind you that God – the creator of everything, the all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, with an independent superior will, and always in command – loves you and is the only one that deserves your worship.

Be gratefully aware that God created you because He wanted to. He meticulously planned your living here on earth long before conceiving you in your mother’s womb. You have been fashioned and sent to this world for a special purpose that involves improving lives in a unique way. Since you matter to Him that much God will surely perfect His purpose for you.

Be aware that part of this purpose – that is best and fully known by God alone – will demand your willful participation to be fulfilled. In due course God will communicate His instructions to you and release the resources needed to execute them. Your duty therefore is to always stay tuned to His voice, be keen to obey it and trust Him.

Be aware also that God reserves the right to execute His plan in the manner that pleases Him. This means part of God’s purpose this year might be fulfilled in a way that defies your understanding, anticipation or preference. Since God is powerful, just and loving any circumstance He allows in your life is profitable to Him, to you and to others.

If your  life purpose on earth will be fulfilled this year don’t worry; you will be recalled to be with your Heavenly Father to start a  brand new life in eternity. Other wise you are going nowhere. Nothing will kill you before your time. Nothing in heaven, nothing on earth or in hell; nothing in the past, present or in the future is strong enough to abort or alter God’s plan for your life.

So this year be at peace! By this I don’t mean to say Year 2014 will be a trouble free year (how I wish this was the case!) . The truth is that this year will be blessed with good times and yes, the testing times. What is also guaranteed is that God is going to be with you all the way. I say this year determine to be at peace never the less… even in your pain, even during your darkest hour you must rejoice and praise God   because He is good always!
