Altruism is both an attitude and practice of unselfish concern for the welfare of others. Schallit firmly believe that the quality of life on earth is directly proportional to the quality of the contribution one makes in the lives of others. We believe to live a fulfilled life one must use their God-given resources to provide best possible service to the community.
The greatest people are those that though in trouble still make others smile and use their remaining strength to lift others. These persons, as one thinker said, have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern.
Jesus Christ said ,
“whoever want to live a great life must serve others. ” And He said of Himself.. “for I came to this world to serve the needy and save the lost”.
No wonder He gave the ultimate sacrifice – His life – for the greater good of others.
In other words the greatest people are those people that readily give their resources, endure great adversity and lay down their lives if needed for the greater good of others.
In this section we will dig deep in to the lives and minds of these greatest people for the purpose of learning and encouraging ourselves to achieve our well deserved greatest life.
